meet the team…
Laura Clark (fund director, currently on leave)
As Fund Director, Laura oversees the strategic direction of the ITF charity.
She works closely with the Trustees to ensure that ITF delivers and funds quality, value for money training for the indie sector. Before running ITF, she was Head of Skills at Pact.
Laura enjoys watching lots of television – especially ITF members’ productions…
When not watching TV, she spends her time at plays, films, concerts…and any other activities that allow her to avoid the never-ending DIY chores presented by her dilapidated house/building site.
Claire Holloway (training manager) 020 3487 0359
As training manager Claire manages and oversees ITF’s short course programme of courses and events. She develops and keeps the website up to date as well as marketing the courses by monthly bulletins. Contact Claire for any queries relating to the website or monthly emails. Claire also manages the day to day ITF office.
She is rarely seen without either quad skates or road bike and eagerly trains for the next race in the cycle calendar. A natural born outdoor girl she loves camping, climbing, walking and cycling Britain’s superb countryside and mountains. She’s a dedicated volunteer with the Scout Association as a leader and teaches outdoor skills and activities to children and young adults.
Andrea Lewis (ITF coordinator) 020 3487 0356
Andrea’s the ITF coordinator who takes care of all bookings enquiries and assists with the short course and in.indie program. She provides support with finance and to help ensure that the office runs smoothly and is available to answer general phone queries.
Most of the time delegates will be greeted by Andrea on course days, who is on hand to assist them with any queries so that delegates can have the best ITF experience.
In Andrea’s spare time she is a keen shopper, who delights in buying handbags and shoes, and is a food lover who enjoys cakes and more cakes! She also likes reading, writing, films and socialising.
Rychard Sagal (development and marketing executive) 020 3487 0358
As ITF’s marketing smarty-pants – and previously Marketing Manager for the specialist media academy, Ravensbourne – Rych supports us in promoting ITF and is helping develop our membership and training services. He holds a wealth of experience in traditional and digital marketing across education, e-commerce and consultancy. Rych will be using his expertise to build stronger links with our current and future members. He will also be working on launching our new ITF Freelancer scheme. Rych is enjoying keeping the office smiling with a constant supply of home-baked cakes and goodies. He looks forward to meeting as many of our sweet-toothed members and trainers as he can. When not watching indie TV, naturally, Rych enjoys buying ill-fitting clothes, dancing badly at gigs and falling off skateboards. He looks forward to making his mark on Hoxton. Also, Rych is often mistaken for George Clooney on the 4am nightbus to Penge.
Ian Wyatt (training director) 020 3487 0376
Ian runs and updates our short course portfolio with the guidance of our Advisory Forum of expert industry practitioners. He also manages and devises our exclusive in.indie tailored development programme for our member companies. He is an award-winning freelance TV Producer/Director & writer of arts, drama, documentary and current affairs programmes for many indies and most of the major UK broadcasters. Before joining ITF he ran Directors’ and Producers training for the BBC.
In his leisure time he likes to go to the theatre and cinema, play bridge, take photographs, and travel the world with his wife. He also enjoys skiing, sailing, scuba diving, windsurfing, and playing tennis, as well as more extreme activities like white-water rafting, hot air ballooning, micro-lighting, and is keen to try paragliding….
