in.indie offers a unique training, development and consultancy service tailored to the needs of its member companies across the UK. Benefits can be up to £15,000, and each company’s fund relates to the size of the member’s contribution to ITF. Smaller companies receive proportionately more support.
Funds can be used to pay for in-house tailored development, or training from ITF or other specialist providers (eg craft skills like shooting and editing). ITF gives advice on the most appropriate and cost-effective training providers, as well as indvidual industry experts and practitioners for tailored events (typically covering TV and digital production, creative development, business, legal, financial, and people management areas).
Each year ITF reviews member companies’ development needs and priorities with them in order to devise and deliver appropriate tailored solutions which will enable them to adapt to the latest changes in the fast-moving digital media industry.
Members can also use some of their funds to secure matching government and regional training finance.space
